HIGHLY PISSED!!!

Every Month I get this UNSOLICITED EMAIL from NORTON LIFELOCK stating that HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS SUCCESSFULLY CLEARED AND WILL BE TAKEN OUT OF MY ACCOUNT FOR SERVICE I HAVE NEVER ORDERED!!! I ANSWER TELLING THEM to CANCEL AND REFUND But THEY DONT ACKNOWLEDGE MY EMAIL and THEY KEEP WRITING SENDING AN INVOICE EVERY MONTH. I believe they are a SCAM SERVICE and I want to know EXACTLY WHAT LEGAL STEPS I NEED TO TAKE TO STOP THEM.

Got a text saying they will charge me 349 renewal I called them then they showed me the notice and wanted to have me type in something so i they could remove my chrome to cxl my charge when I said no they hung up. Did I do the right thing? Do I have to renew Norton?

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. After being on a loop constantly, I eventually phoned the UK phone number (I live in Portugal). Matter was resolved immediately, and full refund was in my account within 3 days.

Im in Portugal, and whilst it said to click here for phone numbers outside of UK and US , there were no other numbers. I rang the UK number - answered immediately and sorted my refund issue straight away. Very impressed. Its a shame you have to go through so many loops to get there, however

Cancelling my subscription. I do not want to do business with Norton any longer. Please use this request to cancel my service. What do I have to do to get my service cancelled. Why is it so difficult to have this done. If I need to keep writing 100 symbols make absolutely no freakin sense to me.

Engaged an Auto debit of my bank account after I purchase the product from a retail shop at a much better price and almost impossible to contact Norton to demand a refund, telephone number on tax invoice is not active, speak to a consultant and Norton wants $2.00 and my bank details to sort out my complaint what a joke Norton Rip Off

After contacting Norton I find that their customer service SUCKS! take my advice and STEER CLEAR OF NORTON, they are worse than any malware could possibly be and I wouldn't trust Life Lock if my life depended on it.

I have NEVER had Norton Life lock and I DO NOT want it. I don'y now if the phone message I got about this is really from Norton or a scam.

I do NOT touch links on such messages...period! I have not seen this charge YET on my account, and I had better NOT! The phone numbers given on the messages do not match the numbers given here or by searching the Internet so I am suspicious. If you need more info I can provide it, just let me know.

The account number on this notice is : 1567-78****440823*-***43 and the billing date was for October 30, 2023.

Please check into this and contact me by EMAIL at larryboydston285@***.com or by PHONE : 913-710-****. I DID have Norton Antivirus on a previous laptop but don't see how that could cause this problem.

Attemped to scam me for over $300. by customer service agent

360 was not responding on my computer, called 800 number cust. serv. foreign man answered, after checking my computer he said I had a problem with my windows and wanted over 300 dollars to fix. I hung up and turned computer off manually. turned computer back on and norton 360 worked fine!!! I kept asking to speak to supervisor with no success and asked for a customer service number in the USA would not give it to me. If Norton was a reputable company it would have service reps answer calls from within the USA. Very dissatisfied
