Worst company ever!!!
- Customer says no supervisor callback after requesting one.
- Norton asks for callback number, email, and time zone.
This is one of the most ridiculous companies I have ever had the disgust to have connected with!!! After requesting a supervisor, manager to receive a call back, NEVER RECEIVE ANY CALL BACKS!!!
I write a review and *** responds with: what is a good call back number, email address, time zone... you would think that I would receive a call back, NO CALL BACK!!! I review on social media, same story, what is your personal information so that we can reach out to you...
again all LIES! There a JOKE!!!

Was told I would receive a return call from an expert and never received one. Please cancel my subscription and send me a refund.
Constant harrassment
*** has pop ups every second of the day and night popping up and I cant stop them. I called them and they want twenty dollars to stop. I cant use my computer.

- Norton and McAfee pop-ups keep appearing and block emails.
- They contacted ACMA and will file a complaint.
Don't bother, they do not care. Buy a new computer.
I have *** and *** pop-ups coming up constantly. I have had enough.
The only virus I seem to have is them. Many times I cannot send emails or respond to others because there is a pop-up right where I'm supposed to press.
If I try to press on the pop-up to make it go away, another pops straight up! I have already contacted ACMA and will be proceeding with my complaint.
Preferred solution: Stop the pop ups.

Fraudulent charges on CC
- Cancelled Norton years ago and started using MacFee; $59 charge appeared.
- Old card on file charged; charges went to new card; disputing fraud.
I cancelled Norton years ago and started using ***. I noticeds a charge on my CC for $59.
when I checked my account I could see that the CC Nortoin had on file was an old Credit Card, but the charges were sent to my new Credit Card. I cannot get ANYONE on the phone to sort this out. The computrer generated void help has no answers except "I do not have acces to that information." And suggests going to their Website, which just refers a telephone number.
The same one I've been calling over and over - and the cycle continues. I am disputing any charges from them and reported it as fraud,

From my experience, Norton's customer support model has to do with hanging up on customers instead of transferring them to a supervisor.
LOL! They hung up on me three times when I requested to talk with a supervisor.
I was finally put through to a supervisor when I let them know I was going to keep calling. I finall talked with a supervisor and was given a case number. He said he would call back after researching my issue.
I'm still waiting. :)
