Just discontinued (again?) subscription to Norton Internet Security. Purchased in 2003, maybe used for 1 or 2 years.

Credit card account is not used much anymore, so the charges went unnoticed year after year. Never made any contact with the company, never updated the think they would bother to question whether the subscription was being used? Naaa... $$$ they kept charging more every year!

No proof we tried to cancel previously, unfortunately. No idea what e-mail address was used to sign up. It was 14 years ago, in 2003, do you know what your e-mail address was? Which one???

Yeah, right.

Sorry about this. Norton will automatically renew your subscription only if it was enrolled into auto renewal service.

We also send you pre-billing notification emails 30 days prior to renewing, to the email address registered with this subscription. Since you have already mentioned that you do not remember the email address, it could be one reason you were missing out on the notifications. However, in your bank statement you can still see Norton and the order number mentioned in the transaction description.

Could you please provide that order number here or contact us at ? We have 60 day refund policy to help you with this latest renewal and also cancel the service to avoid any future renewals.
