Norton representative named Andy on May 23 at 8:00 Am. First pretended he couldn't hear me and hung up.

I called back to ask him for help to get my info so I could put Norton on my new Laptop. He was rude and asked me to pay him...I replied "I don't pay for putting another code into a new PC". He would not help me unless I paid him, so I hung up. I find this unacceptable and want Andy to be fired.

I was also not happy about having automatic renewal. I finally figured out how to click no for that to happen.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
