Not resolved

I tried to purchase the Norton Antivirus 360 for 3 computers on line last night and a message came up that it could not take my card. This morning I called customer service from a land line then was told to go to my computer which was down stairs.

I called them again and they would not address my question just put me from one to another, took control of computer never answered my question and they hung up after 1hr on cell phone.

I called my bank and discontinued my card for my protection. This has been the most stressful experience ever!
