Norton may be the worst...their support techs are no help, not to mention I can't understand a thing they're saying.I had to say good-bye to one the other day because he kept hesitating and couldn't understand what I was trying to tell him.

His accent was so strong I couldn't understand a thing he was saying. I was polite and told him I would try to find help on line. Second problem was that I downloaded one of their tune up programs but every time I tried to use it, the message asked if I wanted to purchase it. I already did!

Tried to use it on another computer and it wiped out my Norton 360 on that computer and I couldn't get it back.

What a trip!No more Norton for me!!

hold yearly account, virus got through, re Met police uk, demanding money, phoned norton, not interested in my current account, spent over two hours for an answer, ony intersted in selling me a new account, been phoning me two to three times a day, not good
