Norton may be the worst...their support techs are no help, not to mention I can't understand a thing they're saying.I had to say good-bye to one the other day because he kept hesitating and couldn't understand what I was trying to tell him.
His accent was so strong I couldn't understand a thing he was saying. I was polite and told him I would try to find help on line. Second problem was that I downloaded one of their tune up programs but every time I tried to use it, the message asked if I wanted to purchase it. I already did!
Tried to use it on another computer and it wiped out my Norton 360 on that computer and I couldn't get it back.
What a trip!No more Norton for me!!
