I have run into a problem with Norton 360 after saving logins. I use Norton 360 for security and have them for logins to sites.
I needed to change my logins, and found that I get a Warning popup that states it cannot be changed. I have done online chats with Norton that I then had to send them an attachment of the screen shot that I see. That case was not replied to. So, I then did more online chats, 3 today, 8/12.
One chat said that the original case was closed that I was trying to forward the screen shot to. I unfortunately had the browser crash. So, on the second chat I did as requested by that Norton tech, and was then switched to another tech without my knowledge. That tech I had a hard time trying to understand and had to repeat my self and the problems.
Evidently that online chat tech then disconnected me.
That is why I am sending this on.
Evidently, Norton wants our money, but does not want to come through when a customer needs help.
