Norton "tech support" oxymoron
by phone or online chat is a waste of time
they will not do anything to help you except waste your time and give scripted non answers
they know nothing beyond there script
supervisors and manager can careless about any complaint ( they will also hang up on you)
any complaint will get ignored
they will not answer any simple or valid question
we the customer ( who pays for a service) seem to be a disturbance to them
your basically just talking to yourself when you contact them with any issue or problem and will rarely get any help beyond a reinstall

I didn't like: Scare tactics by norton virur reps, Talking to overseas reps, Customer service and lack of responsiveness.
