I must have been out of my mind to sign up with Norton again! I have complained more times than I can remember about their login procedure that sends a code to an Authenticator that has not worked for well over two years and for which I have contacted Microsoft many times to ask for help in restoring the Authenticator, only to find that I'm talking to a brick wall!!!

Norton could do what I have requested so I can get into my own account, but no! Now I can't even install their software on my smartphone thanks to that infernal Authenticator requirement! I should demand a refund and leave them flat! They get the lowest possible rating for their obstinate refusal to do something for a paying customer!

I'm going to file this complaint and many more until they start treating me right and stop blocking me from my account and denying me the ability to install Norton 360 on my smartphone!

I wish on them all the worst and hope they get sued so badly that they have to close! They deserve much worse than that!

For the LAST TIME, give me a way to access my account WITHOUT REQUIRING ME TO USE AN AUTHENTICATOR THAT IS DYSFUNCTIONAL AND HAS BEEN FOR YEARS!!!; If they are going to keep me blocked in this manner, I want a full refund PLUS $1,000 IN DAMAGES FOR THEIR FRAUDULENT SERVICE!!!; Once I get the money, I will demand to have them removed from my device and NEVER EVER TO CONTACT ME AGAIN IN ANY WAY!!!

They should be shut down completely because this is an outrage! Why should any company be allowed to do this to a paying customer despite repeated requests and repeatedly denying the customer access to his/her account? If this is a criminal act, let me know so I can sue and close them down for good!

ONCE AGAIN I CANNOT ACCESS MY ACCOUNT BECAUSE MY AUTHENTICATOR IS NOT WORKING.

HOW MANY TIMES DO I HAVE TO MAKE THE SAME REQUEST OVER AND OVER AND STILL GET BARRED FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT? DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT NOW!!!

Preferred solution: MAKE LOGINS POSSIBLE WITHOUT USING AN AUTHENTICATOR!!! MINE HAS BEEN DYSFUNCTIONAL EVER SINCE I ACQUIRED THIS PHONE A HALF YEAR AGO!!!

User's recommendation: If you don't have a functioning Authenticator, find another provider. Not having it will doom you.

They made an unauthorised payment 0f £74.00 and I want it back but you cannot get through on the freephone number constantly wanting you to call a USA number from the uk. Cheeky bastards the service is not even flipping good constant pop ups plus I had cancelled through my account the same day I downloaded yet they help themselves to my bank account like I my account is theirs to help themselves.

this isn't actually Norton. This if a refund scammer.

They send you in order to get you to call the number and then try to scam you out of money that way. You prob got this in an email that looked like norton but was from a weird address right?

Just check your account, you were never actually charged. You shouldn't engage with this at all just throw it away and move on with your day.

norton has very poor or rather no customer support; it is up to the customer to solve any and every norton problem that may arise. I can gladly state that this is the last norton product that I will ever purchase for what its worth or rather more than it is worth.

its been this way for several years atleast if you get past the first step tell me name, email than spell each ( your paying for there english lessons) you will get non answers and sometimes a read the site ( i.e. you goto the site and search for the answer)

I wish to cancel my subscription to Norton computer services. I have tried all the obvious ways to advise you of this: Replied to several emails. Tried to phone all the numbers shown on websites. Stepped through the security hurdles on your chat service (several times) The chat system has proved that you can pick up my account details from my email address. User's recommendation: Whilst the look and functionality of the A/V product Norton provides is excellent, their "people wall" they use to avoid direct communication with their customers leave me with doubts about their true integrity. Their games with passwords, hoops and verification; while I understand they are necessary, are ridicuolously repetitive and annoying. They really could do better if they humanised Kate on their chat function.

most likely is the auto renewal being paid it starts to notify you by email about 2 months before your subscription expires , the email will tell you when they expect to make the charge to the card etc..

I received a virus on my laptop and every channel i tried to talk to someone at Norton they made me talk to an online person and then they would keep saying end of chat.

And to talk to someone they wanted me bank details and wanted me to pay a refundable amount of $2.00.

I said i was not paying any more money and again END OF CHAT.

They advertise that you can always 24/7 talk to their help line, but it is a straight out lie and false and misleading advertising, And I'm already stuck with them as i have paid the MONEY.

Norton are theirs and a scam company and i will be telling everyone I know about my dealings or as it turns out no dealings with them.

How can they falsely advertise like this and get away with it.

It is disgusting.

I am stuck at home after major work injuries and now getting ripped off by a company that are supposed to be there and help.
