I uninstalled Norton and installed another antivirus that allegedly is far better. However, I am DEMANDING that Norton refund every penny that I paid to them because the fact that no two employees there said the same thing and each of them put me through a different ordeal without giving me any real assistance is enough reason for me not to bury the hatchet unless it's in the heads of the fraudsters who tried to rip me off!!!
Norton could do what I have requested so I can get into my own account, but no! Now I can't even install their software on my smartphone thanks to that infernal Authenticator requirement! I should demand a refund and leave them flat! They get the lowest possible rating for their obstinate refusal to do something for a paying customer!
I'm going to file this complaint and many more until they start treating me right and stop blocking me from my account and denying me the ability to install Norton 360 on my smartphone!
I wish on them all the worst and hope they get sued so badly that they have to close! They deserve much worse than that!
For the LAST TIME, give me a way to access my account WITHOUT REQUIRING ME TO USE AN AUTHENTICATOR THAT IS DYSFUNCTIONAL AND HAS BEEN FOR YEARS!!!; If they are going to keep me blocked in this manner, I want a full refund PLUS $1,000 IN DAMAGES FOR THEIR FRAUDULENT SERVICE!!!; Once I get the money, I will demand to have them removed from my device and NEVER EVER TO CONTACT ME AGAIN IN ANY WAY!!!
They should be shut down completely because this is an outrage! Why should any company be allowed to do this to a paying customer despite repeated requests and repeatedly denying the customer access to his/her account? If this is a criminal act, let me know so I can sue and close them down for good!
ONCE AGAIN I CANNOT ACCESS MY ACCOUNT BECAUSE MY AUTHENTICATOR IS NOT WORKING.
HOW MANY TIMES DO I HAVE TO MAKE THE SAME REQUEST OVER AND OVER AND STILL GET BARRED FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT? DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT NOW!!!

Preferred solution: MAKE LOGINS POSSIBLE WITHOUT USING AN AUTHENTICATOR!!! MINE HAS BEEN DYSFUNCTIONAL EVER SINCE I ACQUIRED THIS PHONE A HALF YEAR AGO!!!

Norton failed me me and I was speared. I have no confidence that Norton can prevent this in the future and no idea as to what to do and how.
We discussed the issues and status of our agreement and I quickly. I accepted the idea of acquiring the three-year support option.
I accepted and got the support I needed quite quickly.

Pending problem for about 2 months.
Im traumatized beyond measure. Still compromised while thie level one team gaslights me.
And level 3 team is doing nothing.

this morning my social media accounts were hacked.
Statement from supervisor says that nobody is even assigned and their are no notes in their system. I first told them about this issue in december.
I've been attacked and still being attacked by cyber criminals, Norton support has exasperated mental anguish on me and my family.
My life has been ruined by this company.

Last one I spoke to had no idea what I needed and didn't complete fix he did properly! I have to do another factory restoreand he used my last license on the same computer!
I pay far too much to have the problems with this I have had! I want exactly what I paid for! Not less while using the last use!
Now that this has happened I can't receive refund because my payment choice was compromised. I need to speak to an American I can understand and they understood me!

It was hard to find an actual phone number online to get Norton help. I did not want to use email chats, I wanted to speak to a live person.
When I finally was able to reach the technician, she was extremely helpful, polite, professional and kind. She helped me figure out what I needed to do and walk me through the steps.
I wouldn't have been able to figure it out without her help. I'm very grateful.
The written instructions were not at all helpful in downloading the antivirus on my computer. Very hard to find a phone number to a live person to help.
When I did at last, find a technician to speak to, she was incredibly helpful and kind.
I wouldn't have been able to figure it out myself. Thank you to that kind lady.
Billing
It is not right that a customer pays for a subscription one year at a low discounted price. Then the following year you charge 3 to 4 times the amount for the same thing.
People cannot afford this and yes you make it easy to refund, but why make your customer go through this. Make it affordable so year after year, it is an easy transition.

Verified ReviewerNorton once downloaded to your system seems to remain forever and payments continue to be made automatically. I even bought a new subscription from Best Buy while my current subscription was still act
When contacting Norton, I spoke with a customer service representative and was advised that once my current subscription ended, the new subscription would become active. This has not happened because now all I get is that my system is without the necessary protection and that I need to renew my plan.
This feat is hard to achieve the necessary assistance unless they get authorization for a new purchase or renewal. I chose not to purchase Norton for a second time since I was told my new purchase was valid for one more year. Now, I find out that I am without antivirus and other system requirements by not having Norton, which I perceive as a rip-off company.
I purchased Norton 360 Premium and do not have the layers of protection I thought I had purchased. This automatic renewal each year should not be allowed without the customer's okay so many days before any such renewal.

Have a phone line thatTemple run actually answers.
Every line I tried calling didn't connect me.
Ask Google for an email. Not straight forward as for any other business!!!

Since November 8th no reply from Norton. Their Facebook page does not post replies and their 1-800 number does not work. Norton does not respect their refund guarantee, make false claims and circulate false advertising and make it impossible to communicate with them.
Chatbots and Facebook correspondents on verified Norton sites repeatedly told me: 'Due to system restrictions, we are not able to initiate the refund of orders older than 60 days.' This is a complete contradiction of the refund policy stated on their website.
Also, their 1-800 support number doesn't work. This is no way to do business.

Good luck getting a refund if you cancel your subscription. Contrary to their stated policy, they do not issue refunds. They are not a good company.
Norton doesn't respect their stated refund policy Norton's refund policy states that you can cancel anytime & be refunded for the balance of your subscription. This is far from my experience.
