I think a person has impersonated a norton representative.I need to check .
I thought my mobiles and computer had been hacked,so i rang 1800 norton support as advertised on google at the time.Spoke to a chap called Charlie(asian accent),who informed me that harvey norman had sold me inferior Norton antivirus.(product key XQCP4-WV9G3-XGVXB-7FCHQ-CK 79F),and sold me top antivirus for 3 years for$599.99.I have since learnt that apparently these guys operate under licence to Norton.Their name is Innovation Technologies, and my computer and devices were unprotected for months and were hacked. They use other customer name and bankcard and then refund them.I rang harvey norman in mackay, spoke to an experienced chap called Lucas who advised me to bring my computer and mobile into store.Luke looked at my norton account and said that i had been hacked, and these guys had been fiddling with purchases. He told me he would look at my computer, mobiles, and he would try to get my money refunded by norton.Apparently lucas moves around jarvey norman stores specialises in this sort of cyber crime. My wife went in to see him but a chap called Cameron was there and said conflicting things.I was working away so i rang Cameron and he said he was assisting Lucas and that Norton wouldnt give a refund.Paid $600 on antivirus package,to Innovation Technologies who work for norton under licence, was unprotected.Supervisor from this company called Kelvin said it was a simple mix up of accounts and wanted my credit card to fix it.A review of my account showed that they are playing with peoples norton accounts, and are scammers.Good riddance to Norton. Will never trust this company again.

Verified Reviewer | Silverton, OregonResolved: Poor customer service
Not sure yet! Hopefully customer service gets better.
I was already charged $119.99 October 28 for a full year. Then I get an email that they will charge another $59.99 by a date following in December. Long story, but finally talked to someone that spoke better English, and she said they will fix the problem. She quoted me that she would credit my credit card $60.00 for the error and this would make it right.
I checked my account this morning, and they debited $60.00 which is still pending, so now it is an added $60.00, not a credit. I have an appt already at my bank, so I will have a stop put on this charged amt. After I get this resolved I will change my Antivirus.
I believe Norton has outsourced their business, and this is why the bad customer service. Nothing local anymore.
