Verified Reviewer |I have 360 antivirus on and cannot get rid of it.
- Norton removal failed; 360 virus remains after Windows 10 reinstall.
- IObit Uninstaller failed; the virus keeps popping up.
I contacted *** and downloaded a program to remove it. I lost control of my computer and, to reinstall Windows 10, got rid of years of work.
Everything except this 360 virus crap is still on my computer. It looks like the only way to get rid of it is to burn the computer and start over. I've tried various removal programs that were suggested to me.
One I've had much success with is IObit Uninstaller. Useless; every time I turn on my computer, this crap pops up again.

COULD NOT ACTIVATE
YESTERDAY I PURCHASED NORTON 360 PREMIUM, AND I DID NOT RECIEVE ACTIVATION CODE OR PRODUCT KEY FOR ACTIVATING

Je ne comprend rien de Norton et pas de service d aide comme Apple, j ai payer pour un an sans même être capable de l utilisé,je ne sais pas si vous pouvez me rembourser pour l année passé sinon au moins celle de cette année mais bien triste que vous ayez de service clientèle pour parler avec un agent pour personne âgée qui n est pas trop informatique

- A Norton app call asked for bank and credit card details and directed to a site showing my bank name.
- Bank and card providers placed a fraud alert.
First I called Samsung and they inspected my phone and the IP had not been changed. They advised me to delete Norton and I did.
I am angry that a company that was supposed to protect me tried to commit fraud against me and tried to change my IP. I next called my bank and told them to put a fraud alert on my checking and my credit cards which they did and they will notify me daily if they see anything suspicious.
I have a problem making a phone call from Norton, and I called the number listed on their app. They asked for my bank and credit card names and account numbers.
I said no. They then told me to go to a website www.ultra viewer.net, and when I did, up top was the name of my bank. That's fraud.
I then had my phone inspected, and it was okay. I called my bank and credit card company, and they have put a fraud alert on everything and will notify me if there's any suspicious activity.

I was automatically renewed for three different products that I really don't need. The customer support person was very helpful in resolving the issue.

- PC crashes every 90 seconds.
- Norton said 3 days to contact me.
- Took PC to a repair shop; data loss may occur.
- Ads intrusive; customer service is poor.
Norton is slowly giving me back refunds. This is just them trying to "look good" and clear their name. They need to show me what they are doing to prevent this terrible thing to happen again.
Upgraded to ultimate, driver checker and installed.
PC crashes every 90 seconds. Norton said 3 days to contact me.
I brought PC to a fix it shop.
Not sure if PC csn be fixer or my data being lost.
STAY Away from this company!!!

Don’t buy Norton Anti-Virus
Norton don’t have any customer service. I tried to find a phone # and when I finally found a phone #, it was useless. Then after trying to phone Noorton, after 5 tries, they hung up on me.
I feel my security is too high. Can I change it to possibly Medium, Microsoft has taken over my computer , my drivers
