I purchase the 5 Device Licence from Amazon (email version) and it unusable. I have had account for years with Norton but none of the password I have used in the passed would work.

I tried changing the password but that would not work. My efforts used the new version of the software led be asked the answer the picture question to insure that I was a robot. The pictures were so poor that one could hardly make them out.

There is nowhere accessible on the website to get help and my anti virus coverage will run out in the days. Can anyone help?

Uninstall Norton completely---make sure you download the small "clean uninstall" for Norton from either their website or online to ensure all files and other junk Norton puts on your machine is gone. Then, find the Avast free edition and download it onto each machine.

No reason to buy this stuff. None of them have any real customer service.
